01 — AI

AI strategy is now business strategy.

Your competitors are already using AI to cut costs, move faster and make better decisions. The real question is not whether you should use AI, but where it will have the biggest impact in your business.

We design and build AI into your existing operations — data pipelines, monitoring and automation in real production systems. You get a partner that has done this before, reduces your risk, and moves you from slideware to results.

01 / WHERE IT BELONGS

Start with the work

AI pays off where you have repetitive decisions and data you already collect. Think monitoring, classification, reporting, and the manual checks that slow teams down.

We map how your operations really run, then identify the specific steps where AI can save time, reduce errors or unlock new revenue — with a clear business case for each.

02 / WHAT WE BUILD

Into production, not into a pilot

You don't need another experiment; you need something that ships and stays up. We build:

  • Data pipelines that keep your information clean and usable
  • Market and competitor monitoring that surfaces risks and opportunities
  • Reporting and document automation that removes manual work
  • AI features inside the tools and platforms your teams already use

Everything is designed, released and maintained as part of your core system — with clear ownership, SLAs and support.

03 / JUDGMENT

And where it does not belong

Sometimes the best solution is not AI. A simpler, conventional approach can be cheaper, faster to run and easier to maintain.

We tell you that up front. Our job is to help you make the right call, not to sell you a model. Knowing when not to use AI is part of the value you hire us for.

Keeping millions of readers informed in seconds

Millions of Germans now open a news app before they open the curtains. If a headline hangs for more than a moment, they stop coming back.

For over ten years, we've been the mobile product team behind Die Zeit and the regional publishers of dozens of Germany's daily newspapers, including Hamburger Abendblatt, Berliner Morgenpost and WAZ. We design, build and ship their news apps week after week — so breaking news lands in seconds, subscriptions just work, and the morning commute doesn't depend on a signal.

Behind the scenes, the apps are tuned for the phones people actually carry, not the ones on conference slides, and designed so that every reader can navigate them comfortably — long before accessibility became a legal checkbox.

FIG. 02 — SCANFIELD, SOIL SCANNING

C/02 · SCANFIELD — PRECISION AGRICULTURE

Fertiliser spent where it actually pays

Fertiliser is one of the biggest costs in a farming season, and most of it is still applied against an average for the whole field. Some areas get more than they need. Others never get enough.

Scanfield turns a single pass across the field into a clear picture of what the soil is really like, zone by zone. Farmers see exactly where to invest and where to hold back, and their spreaders follow a simple plan that puts the right amount in the right place — automatically.

The result is less guesswork, fewer wasted inputs, and fields that are managed with precision instead of averages.

OUTCOME —Fertiliser budgets that go further, and every part of the field fed according to what it needs — not what the average says.

FIG. 03 — NEWAGRO, FARM MANAGEMENT

C/03 · NEWAGRO — AGRICULTURE

One system to run the whole farm

A farm runs on its records. But on most farms, those records are scattered — a notebook in the tractor cab, a spreadsheet only one person understands, and the agronomist's memory. When someone asks what was sprayed on the north parcel in April, an afternoon disappears into piecing the answer together.

NewAgro brings the whole farm into one place. Parcels on a map, treatments, harvests, machinery, warehouse, customers, invoicing, finance — all in a single system that matches how the farm actually works day to day. The parts that need to be used outside are designed for a phone, because a record you cannot enter from the field is usually entered late, wrong, or not at all.

Everything flows through to the accounts without being re-typed, so nothing gets lost between the field and the invoice.

FIG. 04 — MEGACHIM, PAINTS & COATINGS

C/04 · MEGACHIM — PAINTS & COATINGS

Knowing every rival's price before you set yours

Megachim has made paints and varnishes since 1996 — four brands, three plants, and products sold to households, trade and industry. In that market, a product is judged on a shelf beside its rivals, while the price next to it can change whenever a retail chain decides it should.

Finding out a week late is much the same as not finding out at all.

Every week, Megachim now gets a clear view of the prices that matter. The system checks published prices across Bulgaria's major DIY chains and competing brands, then matches each one against the Megachim product it competes with.

The difficult part is not collecting the prices. It is knowing which products are genuine alternatives on the shelf, so the comparison reflects the choice a customer is actually making — and can be trusted when a pricing decision has to be made.

We also build and run Megachim's trade webshop, bringing orders, invoicing and courier delivery into one place. The system underneath is being redesigned without interrupting the sales operation.

Calmina on two phones: the baby unit listening in the background, the parent view showing a sleeping baby, connection strength and a live audio level
FIG. 05 — CALMINA, BABY MONITOR

C/05 · CALMINA — OUR OWN PRODUCT

Peace of mind from two phones you already own

A sleeping baby can make an entire room feel quiet. Parents listen for every sound, check the cot more often than they need to, and try to rest without ever feeling completely away from it.

Calmina gives them a simpler way to stay close. It turns two phones already in the home into a baby monitor: one stays by the cot, the other stays with the parent, with live video and audio, two-way talk, lullabies, cry and motion detection, and a summary of the night waiting in the morning.

We designed and built the whole product ourselves, then tested it at home. It quickly became something we relied on every night — through the interrupted sleep, the rooms apart, and the moments when knowing what was happening mattered.

That experience shaped every part of Calmina. It had to be simple enough to use when you are exhausted, dependable when the phone is sleeping or the connection is not perfect, and reassuring without making parents spend the whole night watching a screen.

FIG. 06 — SOLOBOOKS, INVOICING

C/06 · SOLOBOOKS — OUR OWN PRODUCT

A system that keeps you compliant

Millions of people across Europe run a company of one. None of them started it to spend Sunday evening typing receipts into a spreadsheet, checking invoice numbers, or preparing a year-end file that comes back from the accountant with more questions.

SoloBooks takes care of the work in between. Photograph a receipt or forward a supplier's email, and it is filed automatically. The system reads the important details, suggests the right category, and says when it is unsure instead of quietly making the wrong assumption.

Invoices go out, hours are recorded against the right project, and the year-end file is ready before the accountant has to ask for it.

The accounting rules are built into the system from the start, so records stay consistent, mistakes are corrected properly, and every document contains the information it needs. We run Parksoft on it ourselves, so it has to work with real paperwork week after week — not just in a product demo.

04 — HOW IT WORKS

How we work.

01 / DIRECT

The people who start the project stay with it

You work directly with the engineers building your product. The people who scope the work are the people accountable for delivering it, so decisions stay close to the code, answers come quickly, and nothing important gets lost between a sales conversation and the finished system.

02 / SENIOR

Experience before technology

Our engineers have maintained production systems for years across mobile, web and backend. We use AI to extend that experience, not replace it.

That is why we choose the technology around the project instead of fitting every client to the same stack. If the right solution requires us to learn something new, that is our responsibility — not a discovery exercise added to your bill.

03 / LONG-TERM

Built to be run, not just launched

Our client relationships run for eight years and longer. We are based in the EU, work with GDPR as a starting point, and build systems that remain straightforward to operate, extend and maintain long after launch.

You do not just get a product delivered. You get an engineering team that can stay with it.

05 — ABOUT

FIG. 07 — THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK

Direct by design.

Parksoft EOOD is an EU-based software development company founded and led by Pavel Pashanov, a Brunel University London graduate.

We work directly with clients from the first technical conversation through delivery and ongoing improvements. For larger projects, we bring in a small network of trusted developer partners we know and have worked with before.

That keeps the setup flexible without adding unnecessary layers. You always know who is responsible for the work, who is making the technical decisions, and who to speak to when something needs attention.

06 — CONTACT

Talk directly about the work.

A thirty-minute call to discuss your scope, technology and timeline — and to give you a clear view of what the project will involve.

You will speak directly with the person responsible for the work, not be passed through a sales or account-management layer.
